THE HOUSE IS A RENOVATED RANCH - literally a stone's throw from the panoramic (AND PRIVATE) crescent beach on Sag Harbor Bay. Cleaning services and private garbage pickup are usually INCLUDED in the rental.

3 Bedrooms:
1st Bedroom - Green, queen-size bed
2nd bedroom - Mauve, 2 twin beds
3rd bedroom - Sea Blue, 2 twin beds

Full bath: bath tub with shower
Half bath: sink and toilet, with outside entrance to deck and outdoor shower

Large eat-in kitchen, dining area, 20x25 family room with sliders to backyard deck. Other amenities include barbecue, CAC, central heat, cable, high-speed internet, telephone, and use of private beach.

Beach:
The beach is a crescent shape which embraces Sag Harbor Bay. To the west are waterfront summer homes and then a playground. To the east is Northwest County Creek and then Northwest County Park which is a wildlife preserve.
The beach is sandy, and at low tide reveals sand bars which can be traversed by foot. The underwater gradient is very gradual, meaning one can wade out 100 yards at times (depending on your height).
